And there went my productivity for the next hour or three… make them sing for you.
For the sake of all of the children yet to be born, and for the sake of their parents, and for the sake of anyone whose life could possibly be affected by those children, we can only hope that this leads to something better.
Why didn’t I think of this? There is a student group there offering a $250 scholarship only to white students. “The application for the $250 award requires an essay on ‘why you are proud of your white heritage” and a recent picture to confirm whiteness.” Ahh, I can only dream of how much fun that would be to do in Ann Arbor.
Well, I finally decided to use the digital camera and take some pics of one of my new pieces of sound equipment I got. Check it out here, but be careful clicking the links… the full pictures are ginormous. If all goes well, it will only be one part of an excellent recording studio setup in my house somewhere. Hurray. 
I picked up some fun new toys today, courtesy of some friends. I am now on my way to having a pretty sweet recording studio setup. My computer now has somewhere in the neighborhood of 12 different inputs, 8 of which are mounted on the front plate of the computer, underneath the CD-ROM drive. I have this courtesy of this beauty here, the EWS88 MT. I also got this little itty-bitty soundboard, the Fostex 820. It’s a 20 channel, 8 bus beauty, with one small unfortunate problem in the power supply which causes it to not turn on, but that’s not a big problem, since I like taking things apart. I’ll post a picture of it if I can get the digital camera working.
