So I was perusing the statistics pages I have set to generate, and checking out who had been visiting this little old blog. Apparently there were 1417 instances of people / bots visiting my site in the month of January. I didn’t calculate it exactly, but I would be willing to bet at least 1375 of those were search engine bots and scum-sucking, bottoming feed link spammers. Of the few human visits, at least a couple came from search engines. The following are the top searches for the month of January linking to my site:

Pretty crazy eh? Granted, most of that text actually occurs in my blog, but with completely different references. My definite favorite was “pictures of a man in a hula skirt and coconut bra.” Some person out there actually searched for that!!! Even worse, they probably found my delightful picture of me in that outfit. Yikes.
